Bingz @ Toronto Eaton Centre Mall

Hi there. This is a short food post from me. I have a quick lunch at Bingz at Toronto's Eaton Centre Mall in downtown Toronto.

Bingz was founded in 2014 and has over 140 stores in Beijing, and their numbers are growing here in Toronto too.

They're known for their "crispy burgers," a style of burger with a freshly baked crispy outer shell stuffed with rich meat fillings.

Trying Out The Peking Duck Crispy Burger

I wanted a quick and light late lunch. When I do the occasional travel to Toronto, I want to eat light. This is to avoid stomach issues.

I thought to give the Peking Duck Crispy Burger (Rou Jia Mo) a try. The price was not too bad (for Toronto area standards) at 9 CAD.

After 10 minutes or so, I received my order. Finding a seat at a busyish Eaton Centre food court at 1:30 PM can be tough.

Rating: 7.5 out of 10.

Price is fair, you get a lot of savory meat. The meat felt more like pulled pork and not so much like Peking Duck. No crispy skin here. For bigger eaters, the portion size may not be enough.

I thought that this is okay. Maybe I get it again, not sure. I would visit Bingz again and try out their Wonton Noodle Soup or their Biang Biang noodles.

Thank you for reading.
