Silver Towne 5 oz bar!

First of all silver is still holding above $41. Silver bugs are bullish. I’m still more of a collector that is slowly turning into more of a stacker. I think the next few months will be eventful one way or another.

Picked up this bar for 410. I felt good about that price. I’ve regularly liked the design of the silver towne bars and have only bought 1 before this.

I’ve asked around about what the edges are filed off on the back. The answers I’ve seen all lean towards the mint grinding them down to make sure they do not weigh more than the 5 oz that they are selling.

Looked some of my other bars and multiples from other mints have the same.

Most of my purchases recently have been 5 oz items. They leans more towards just getting more silver than the collector items.
