Antoniette Carlyle

She is my daughter. The only rose among the three thorns. She will be turning 20 this August 26. In steemit she is @toniettieeee. Friends calls her tonette but we call her ate. She envisioned herself as a future programmer. A government scholar who is currently taking up BSIT in one of the famous schools here in Cebu, University of Cebu. She is in her 4th Year. She's having her practicum at Commission on Higher Education (CHED). And hopefully by Gods grace will receive her diploma early next year.

As a mother, I am very proud of her. Having her at a young age, i never have regrets. She is an intelligent daughter and a responsible sister to her younger brothers. 14 years in a Science Class is an achievement. She understands some of what Im going through. As I get married at a young age, i never have the chance to fulfill my dreams. The dream of finishing my studies and earning a degree. But i know, she will fulfill it for me and for her, i have faith in her. To me, she is not just a daughter but also a friend and a sister that I never had. Whenever something bothers me, i share with her my joys, my sorrows. Sometimes she is a shoulder that i can cry on, i can lean on. She helps me take care of her 2 younger brothers.

Someday when the pages of my life end, I know that having her and my 3 sons, will be one of its most beautiful chapters.
