Looking at the SF-181 Form

I was sleep for a long time, this woke me up! Studying the SF-181 Form through proper syntax, the definition stands out, Especially Black/African American.

Black/African American: A person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa.

Ok, I do not think there is a black racial group of Africa, somebody name one?

This can go on forever, we need to talk about this. There no real under and overstanding in it.
I use to check that box, not anymore. I check White.

White: A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East, or
North Africa.

Ok, North Africa home Mom Lucy the oldest Human and the ancient lands of the Tamareans, Cushites, Nuwaubians.
Also uncovering my genealogy I find out there is connection with Choctaw.

American Indian or Alaska Native: A person having origins in any of the original peoples of North and South America
(including Central America), and who maintains tribal affiliation or community
attachment.

Taking a good long look at the SF-181 form you must use proper syntax. This is on a self identify and voluntary basis to play the game of commerce.
If I was to pick one or two, it will not be [MISNOMER Black/Africa American,]
