Way To The Feilds!!

Hey everyone! I hope you all are doing well. I went to my hometown, and while I was there, I saw some fields of mustard that were one of my favourites because the yellow flowers looked so beautiful.

While I was there at that time, the temperature was quite low, and because of that, the fog was so thick that it was hard to see far because of the fog. But while I was on my terrace, I had a look at all the fields around my home. Actually, my grandfather is doing all this work he is a farmer as well as a retired police officer.

The most common crop is sugarcane, wheat, mustard, etc., in which sugarcane is planted for all 12 months. My grandfather's plan was to plant a crop of bananas in some fields because it was great for farmers but took a lot of effort and money at the same time and it came with a higher risk... A farmer has to guard 24/7.

There is a picture of that field that I captured from the terrace.... The mustard is planted in over 540000 square feet of field, which we called "bigha" in our local language, it's basically a unit that is used for fields..which means there are 27000 square feet in 1 bigha, and the mustard is planted in 20 bigha of the fields... So the total area is 540000 square feet.
