Delivering truth
On this day we headed to the Senate Hart building in Washington DC to deliver stories of immigrants who came here lived for many years and are now uncertain of their future. They are practically American but now are subjected to be deported to a country and landscape they are no longer familiar with.
We were black white hispanic and from different parts of the world but know law makers needed to hear from people that came to this country as children with parents that died in the US. Now
prepped for deportation when they are doing great things economically and academically in the U.S.
