LRT for Colombo

Increasing pollution in city area and also the increasing number of vehicles coming in and out to Colombo has created a horrific traffic in rush hours. And other main reason is there is no space to widen the road network so the only and most reliable solution is to establish a good network of LRT's. But I think it's too late now they should have started this a decade ago.
