My breakfast [ENG-ESP]

Hi, everyone! I hope you're all doing great. Today I want to tell you about something you really shouldn't do... Have you seen that video titled “Things You Wouldn't Envy About Me”? Well, this might be one reason why. Because of a certain problem I had, I had to stay in bed, and the only thing I had for breakfast was an arepa from the day before. It might sound like something really delicious (and yes, honestly, the burger was really good), but it’s not the healthiest breakfast in the world. Plus, because of that, I had an upset stomach for the rest of the day and felt really sluggish.

Hola a todos! Espero que estén muy bien, para esta oportunidad quiero venir a decirles algo que no deberían hacer... ¿conocen ese vídeo de "cosas que no envidiarian sobre mi"? Bueno, esta podría ser una razón. Por cierto problema que tuve me tuve que quedar en cama y lo único que tenía para desayunar era una arepa del díaanterior, puede que suene como algo muy delicioso (y si, la verdad la hamburguesa estaba muy buena) pero, no es el desayuno más saludable del mundo, además debido a eso el resto del día anduve con malestar estomacal y me sentí muy pesada
