Who needs some cake fuel? (Mini Mocha Cake)

Who wants a mini mocha cake right now? If you like chocolate and you like coffee, you will live this precious mini cake. I sure love it and want one NOW. I think I might go make some. Below you can find the recipe, I made these a while back.

Here are the ingredients for 4 ramekins:

¼ cup brewed coffee
¼ cup of milk
½ tsp of vanilla
115g of flour
2 ½ tbsp. of cocoa
½ tsp of baking powder
¼ tsp of baking soda
Pinch of salt
56 g of butter
¼ cup of granulated sugar
¼ cup of brown sugar
1 egg

For the ganache:
I decided to try out Pierre Hermes Coffee ganache, and it turned out to be so delicious, even when I did not use his high-end white chocolate and coffee… But I do suggest you use the best white chocolate and the best coffee that you can get your hands on.

Ingredients for the coffee ganache:
200 g cream
200 g white chocolate
10 g of instant coffee
