Downtime and Code Update
Due to HiveSQL not working properly (not exactly sure what's happening there) HP delegation payouts have been down for ~15 days. This has happened in the past but is usually resolved in a timely manner... That hasn't happened this time.
HiveSQL allowed for quick lookup of incoming delegations to our account, and this was quite convenient. However with it not working another solution was required.
Our code has been updated to check outgoing delegations and see if they are delegating any Hive Power to 
The next step will be updating the payout code to read from the DB instead of HiveSQL. Still waiting on a full user update to run so I can work on the code some more. After that, missed payouts will be run for those who left their delegations in place.
