Limey Mic, Drawing step by step /Rising Star

Many blessings, colleagues. I hope you're enjoying a beautiful morning, and of course, with a coffee in hand, as always. Who can live without it? Haha. Well, here I am again, wanting to show you what I've done today on my blog. It's a drawing inspired by one of the beautiful and incredible cards from the game: the R556 Limey Mic. Just look at how beautiful its background is! It's an abstract design with colorful silhouettes and a yellow background. I find it almost hypnotic. I think this microphone, which the card represents, would be perfect for psychedelic music; perhaps it was even made for that, hence the design.

You already saw a preview of the finished drawing on the cover, but now I want to show you how I did it step by step. That way, you can appreciate the whole process, which is more fun to watch than just seeing something finished. I started by making the frame in Adobe Illustrator. This serves as the canvas since I'll paint everything else inside its border, and I'll also add color outside of it. I almost always choose that color depending on which one is the most predominant in the chart I'm using as a guide.
