Hello, friends especially foodies!

Recently when I went to the hospital to meet the obgyn for checking my pregnancy, it took a long time to wait then after I finished to get the checkit was already evening, so instead of searching our dinner outside, we then decided to have our dinner in the restaurant.

Fortunately this hospital had some restaurants inside, one that tempted us was the Japanese food restaurant at the 1st floor. They showed some of their menu below on a banner, so we could see that they had their teppanyaki set menu, yaki soba, yaki ramen, salmon okonomiyaki, beef okonomiyaki, donburi, sashimi, ramen, udon, sushi, kushiyaki, robatayaki, tempura, and many more. They also showed some pictures of their menus there.

In order to reach the restaurant we must go to the stair next to one of the hospital’s door.

Outside the restaurant there was an outdoor playground for kids too. You could see that they put a menu book there, so you could see it first before you enter.

Inside were unique, cause the dining area had layers. I think it might be the smoking area.

After passed through this area, we would meet the cashier greeted us.

Then here it was , the dining area of the restaurant. Quite large, it had quite far distance between each table. It had nice calm surrounding. Everything was clean and neat.

When the waiter gave us the menu, we were surprised because the menu was thick. They had lots kind of dishes we could choose. On first page, they showed their teppanyaki set menu: Gyu teppanyaki teishoku, salmon teppanyaki teishoku, Hamburg curry teppanyaki, and charsiu teppanyaki teishoku.

Next page, also on the same category, they had yaki ramen, yaki soba, salmon okonomiyaki, and beef okonomiyaki. For zensai category, they had salmon kabuto shioyaki, edamame, atatakai tamagoyaki, and agedashi tofu.

For agemono, they had chicken wings, Ika geso karaage, croquette, ooebi furai, mixed furai, tebasaki, and tori karaage.

For kushiyaki, they had ninniku yaki, tori kawa, negima, sunakimo, torisyouniku, tori liver, Tsukune, gyu enoki, and gyu ninniku miso.

They also still had other kushiyaki on next page like yakitori moriawase, gyu ninniku, gyu kushiyaki, and kushikatsu.
For robatayaki, they had unagi kabayaki, salmon teriyaki, amiyaki steak.

Still in robatayaki category, they also had saba shioyaki, chicken teriyaki, and Ika sugatayaki. For makimono, they had unagi no ituponmaki, tekka maki, and salmon maki.

And then emiten maki, negitoro maki, Kani avocado maki, and California maki. For sashimi, they had omakase sashimi, kikumori 5 tenmori, shime saba, Yurimori 7 tenmori, and Ika.

Also they had hotate, maguro, salmon, hokkigai, and salmon belly. For nigiri sushi, they had hokkigai, tamago, shime saba, Ika, and ebi.

Next page was still in nigiri sushi category, they had maguro, salmon, salmon belly, hotate Kai, hamachi, tobiko, and negitoro.

For sushi set, they had sushi matsu, sushi set, chirashi sushi, and sushi take. For teishoku, they had tori karaage, ooebi furai, croquette, beef teriyaki steak.

Chicken katsu, Manchi Katsu, beef katsu, gyuniku yasaitame, chicken teriyaki, and Hamburg houruyaki.

Teishoku they had was vary, they also still had chicken butteryaki, salmon fin yaki, kamakura tori kara, gyuniku pirikara, maguro Hamburg, beef shogayaki, maguro steak, salmon teriyaki, and saba shioyaki.

Still on the same category, they had salmon hamachi don, maguro salmon don, Yamamori sake don, Yamamori maguro don, and maguro hamachi don. For rice bowl, they had una don, oyako don, negitoro don.

Katsu don, salmon don, ten don, salmon tori soboro don, tori karaage nanban zuke don, steak don, ebi furai don, and bara chirashi don.

Karubi don, aburi salmon don, aburi salmon crunchy don, and onset beef don. For nabemono they had zosui set, udon suki, spicy creamy nabe, yose nabe miso aji.

For ramen, they had beef yaki ramen, miso ramen, creamy spicy miso ramen, shoyu ramen, and creamy spicy goma ramen. For noodle udon soba category, they had curry nanban menchi katsu udon/soba, tenseiro udon/soba, tempura udon/soba.

Yaki udon, chicken Katsu udon/soba, curry nanban udon/soba, beef ontama udon/soba, niku udon/soba, and nabeyaki udon.

For curry, they had chicken Katsu curry, beef katsu curry, croquette curry, and ebi furai curry. For tempura, they had yasai tempura, tempura moriawase, and ebi tempura.

For bento, they had ikkyu chicken bentou and ikkyu salmon bentou. For salad, they had potato salad, combination salad, and kaisen salad. For onigiri sake gohan miso soup, they had ikkyu set, gohan, miso soup, salad, onigiri sake, chawanmushi, and gohan set.

For special set menu on weekday, they had teppanyaki set, ikkyu gozen set, tori tsukune hamburg set, and on weekend they had beef yakiniku set sukiyaki nabe set, tori karaage nanban salmon teriyaki set, and seafood yaki udon set.

For drinks and dessert, they had non soda drinks like ocha, mineral water, iced lemon tea, milk tea, and taro milk tea. They had soda drinks like coca cola, passion lemon squash, strawberry squash, and honey lime squash. For ice cream, they had ogura ice cream, vanilla ice cream, and matcha ice cream.

On the table, they showed some promotion like buy 1 get 1 free for all skewers and also promo all set menu, get 50% for the second purchase.

Good thing was after we had ordered, the menu came one by one without too much time of waiting. Here they were

Now let me share how was the taste and flavor for each of them. Started with mine, HAMBURG HOIRUYAKI set.

Actually it was ground beef meat baked with vegetable wrapped with the aluminum foil.

The beef was soft and had light savory flavor. Ungreasy, it also had some sauteed veggie at the bottom and potato wedges. Came in set, it completed with gohan (rice), miso soup, batter fried fishcake, separated sauce for hamburg, pickle, and salad. The miso soup tasted so tasty with umami flavor and it had seaweed and fried tofu.

Anyway, the separated sauce for my beef hamburg was sweet and too sour for me, so instead of putting it to my hamburg beef, i put on the tempura sauce.

My husband tried their CHICKEN TERIYAKI set.

It was actually grilled chicken with teriyaki set. Not much flavor of it, only a bit savory. The chicken slices were soft. Not the best one and the flavor was quite so so, both of us think their beef hamburg tasted better. Same with mine, it came with rice, miso soup

We also ordered TEMPURA MORIAWASE too.

Like usually moriawase means we had some kind of tempura like shrimp, squid, and some veggies such as onion, paprika, eggplant, mushroom, and sweet potato.

The tempura tasted light savory with soft crunchy feel on the outside part while inside it still had its’ own texture like soft a bit humid for eggplant and also the same for other tempura. Well they tasted perfectly oishii and like usually it served with warm tempura sauce with savory flavor. Both of us loved it!

I also ordered free flow hot ocha which was tasty too.

For the japanese food in the restaurant, we both think that their menus were complete and quite tasty. I loved their tempura! While my husband also think that my menu, beef hamburg was also tasty. You better try them too!
