#Monomad Challenge: The Saints
Church
The altar
These photographs are taken from a town in Laguna, Philippines. The town's name is Pakil. This is the Saint Peter of Alcantara Parish Church.
The church was completed in 1767 with the addition of a tower in 1777. It was rebuilt a few times the last few centuries.
San Pedro
It's amazing how something built that long ago still stands till today. I have only visited this church a few times, mostly for funerals...
Ceiling art
The ceiling art on this church is immaculate. There are also lots of art elsewhere like on the walls. Also wooden sculptures here and there.
