My LEO Progress: April Updates

This past month, it’s been really difficult making any sort of progress at all on my alt because it saw the highest amount of inactivity this month. And this wasn’t on purpose, because I had some offline matters that was pulling my attention beyond my country. Even my main account felt the nuissance.

At some point(and even still) I felt that it’ll be impossible for me to gather the 300 LEO I committed to powering up, talk less of saving my 50 extra LEO. But right now, it doesn’t seem so far fetched, especially if I write more here and am lucky to get enough support.

There’s also the fact that it’s been a while since I entered the hold community contests, which used to be a supplier of some of the LEO I always powered up. It’s almost too late to be able to gather any LEO from that, but I’m going to position myself to enter for their next contest so that I’ll at least collect 50LEO (hopefully) for LPUD in 11 days.

As we sit, I have 62LEO, 0HBD and 0 HIVE but I have about 2 posts waiting to pay out which would get me around 9Hive hence close to 90Leo. In addition to my already 62LEO, that’ll put me well above 100LEO.

If I’m not able to gather as much Hive as I need to be able to make my LEO purchase for this month’s power up, I’m going to have to borrow from my main account. That won’t be a problem because I’ve borrowed from my alt before for my main account, so it’ll just be payback. Lol

Right now, my LP sits at 900LP and I’ve been consistently growing it at 300LP increase per month since 3 months ago, I think. This month, I should be in the k LPs, haha. This wasn’t the original plan, but I decided to up my timeline for my LP growth and set goals of hitting 2.5kLP by the end of year. Whether this is feasible or possible, can’t really tell. But it looks like it is.

I haven’t been able to make much from curation though, because this accounts curation is 100% automated. I’m trailing it’s votes to leo.voter so the curation going on is not as much as if I was curating manual in addition. To maximize the curation rewards, I’ve been considering also trailing it to my main account’s votes. The problem I saw with this and why I didn’t do it was that my main account doesn’t focus on curating leo posts, and that would “waste” the mana of my alt in terms of missed leo curation. Because I’m trailing it to leo.voter too, that’ll mean too much extra load on the account if I add another trail. So for now, I’m mostly just going to leave it trailed to only leo.voter, but come in once a while during the day to do manual curation a little when I can.
