I Got Married!

Hello everyone! I've been away for quite some time, with all the fuss that's going on in my life. And part of it because I got married!

We couldn't have a wedding because of the covid but only had a little ceremony. There is a quota of 50 people at the weddings in Turkey but we managed to squeeze several more people :)

I think I'd be lying if I say this was a fairytale/all happy/positive process. It's stressful. Although I had no second thoughts about my partner, I've always been intimidated by the idea of marriage. It always seemed a complicated process to me and I never thought about getting married, until I actually get married :) My approach to the subject of marriage/other matters full of unknowns in life is I think you need to let things take over and change you once in a while. If you have a tendency to be a control freak like I do and if you're trying to be in control all the time, it means that at some point, you refuse to leave your comfort zone. You need to remind yourself that life moves forward, not backwards. This means you have to go against your instincts time to time, in order to grow as a person :)

There was no one else in my life that I wanted to spend more time with than my beautiful girlfriend/ now wife, and I can't wait to spend years and built some more beautiful memories with her :)
