Unexpected protector at my door

Last night and today,
I've had the pleasure of staying at a friend's home while traveling. For the past 8 days I have been traveling for coffee and a monetary project.

Last night we arrived at a friend's home and met her father finally. Beautiful family and great conversations. We must have had 3 bottles of wine among us. We stayed up until 2 AM talking about all sorts of projects and shared interests.

By far though, one of the best things has been the fact that they have two beautiful dogs that are full of life and so friendly.

So when I woke up this morning someone was waiting for me at the door of the guest house:

RINGO, the Australian Shepherd dog.

I'm definitely a dog person and I enjoy when I can hang out with new friends.
