I had huge expectations for this series, not only because I am aware of the importance of the videogame, but also because virtually everyone seemed to really love this series.

I know HBO always produces high-quality TV shows, and that was another reason for my high expectations. Nevertheless, after giving it a watch, I had to confess it left me wishing for something much greater.

I was expecting more intensity, more craziness, and a much higher dose of epicness. The series was all right, and I recommend it, but it didn't fulfill my expectations. I also disliked how they wasted so much time telling stories from the past that weren't really that big of a deal.

All in all, I believe the series is acceptable, but it isn't a masterpiece and the hype ended up being much more than the reality of the show.

Tenía grandes expectativas para esta serie, no solo porque soy consciente de la importancia del videojuego, sino también porque prácticamente todo el mundo parecía amar realmente esta serie.

Sé que HBO siempre produce programas de televisión de alta calidad, y esa fue otra razón para mis altas expectativas. Sin embargo, después de darle un vistazo, tuve que confesar que me dejo deseando algo mucho más grande.

Esperaba más intensidad, más locura y una dosis mucho más alta de épica. La serie estuvo bien, y la recomiendo, pero no cumplió con mis expectativas. Tampoco me gustaba cómo perdían tanto tiempo contando historias del pasado que no eran realmente tan importantes.

En general, creo que la serie es aceptable, pero no es una obra maestra y el bombo terminó siendo mucho más que la realidad del programa.
