Bartomeu Compares Dembele to Neymar

Barcelona's president Josep Bartomeu recently made a statement that French forward Ousmane Dembele is better than Neymar Junior. Dembele is was signed by the La Liga Champions to replace Neymar who left for PSG in a whooping contract.
Bartomeu said that Dembele has since his arrival to Camp Nou developed and is a perfect replacement for Neymar and has out performed the Brazilian for the Blaugrana in his judgement. Dembele and Philppe Coutinho were both signed with the Money Neymar was sold with and Bartomeu feels that the signing they made are good.
