A Cup Of Coffee

I drink a cup of coffee before I go to my job. Working all night as a call center agent is something uneasy. The first time I started this, I didn't know how to adjust everything until I knew how to deal with it. I became sleepy in the morning until the afternoon. No time for myself and all focus in my job and sleep. There was one rime that I had a pain in my knee. It was unbearable and I felt I have a weak bone. I found out that I have problem.in my hips and couldn't stand up right upward. I helped myself because I am still young. I am now 28 years old and I hope that the pain I felt before would not come back again. Maybe it is the coffee that is the reason why I got weak bones?

Now I lessen a little but still I'm drinking before I go to my job. Just tonight I got two cups and I have a few hours before getting off.
