If the Vote Value is higher then chances are you will have a much higher ROI. Next, you want to check the Min bid amount and the max bid amount. If you can afford the max bid amount then you will yield higher rewards. If you can't, use the min amount or an amount you can afford. Remember once you bid the ROI will drop and sometimes you may get a few bidders who pay at the same time and it will drop the ROI to a negative balance. Be careful of this. If the Vote Value and Total Number of Bids are very close in comparison, you should plan ahead and give yourself time when you are about to post your ad so you can look for the best possible vote bot.
