Introduction

Good afternoon. I would like to introduce myself. I am DeaconTom and I am a Citizen of the Republic of Texas. I don't say proud citizen, because this time of year the Goobers we call our elected representatives are down in Austin passing new laws...some good, some not so good and others that can turn your stomach. So sometimes I feel good about being a citizen and sometimes not so much.
Thank God our Texas Forefathers had the foresight to put it in the state constitution that they only meet every two years for only a few months each term.
I'm not sure how much I will write in Steemit. A few of my favorite people on YouTube are on Steemit now and I hope to keep up and comment on them here and not on YouTube
