Mercedes-Benz G debuts on January 15th
On January 15, the German manufacturer officially reveals a new generation of his legendary terrain, which, according to Mercedes, has the same DNA as the original G class in 1979. The premiere was symbolically revealed on a short "tizer" released video on the last day of 2017.
Mercedes unveiled the new G-class interior design in mid-December and the exterior is expected to be recognized by the well-known seal of this vehicle, which has been present in various versions for almost four decades.
In addition, the manufacturer has announced that the new G class will have a broad cabin compared to its predecessors, so passengers will have more room for the knees and shoulder level. The most important innovation in this regard is that those who sit back will have 150 mm more foot space.
The new model will have the new 2.9-liter 6-cylinder engine, while the gasoline options will be 4.0 liters of V8. More details about the new Mercedes-Benz G class will be known in mid-January.
