This was taken towards the end of summer. The sky always takes on a tranquil look around this time of year, one that especially comes out in the evening.

As I edited the above shot shot, it reminded me of another I took years ago. This is a more artsy edit I had made of it that I rather enjoyed.

As the old rhyme goes: Red Sky at Night, Sailor's Delight.

Does that include orange? When the light is just right in the evening on a day when it has stormed, we sometimes get these wonderful orange skies. I wonder if this is how it might look on Jupiter.

Anyway, I was also out and about and saw the tail end of some plum blossoms. So it goes. Here's a shot from the start of them, when they were just taking the spotlight.
