Greetings and salutations Hivers. The other day I posted some memes and that reminded me that I haven’t done a meme post in several months. Oh no! So today I thought we’d do another installment of You Should Laugh More and see some memes!

Research has shown that laughter is good for us. It has all kinds of health benefits — physical, mental, even spiritual. It lowers stress, boosts your immune system, and makes life a little more bearable.

And yet, most of us don’t laugh nearly enough.

Yeah, I know. Being an adult is rough. Add in the steady drip-feed of grim news, and it’s no wonder we’re all wound a bit tight. And that is exactly why we need to laugh more.

So here’s a little something to help with that.

To those who don’t know: Gen Z has redefined “goon” (and “gooning”) as a slang word for zoning out in a trance-like state during extended porn browsing sessions.

It definitely gives a whole new context to movies and TV shows that use it the old way… not to mention The Goonies.
