Sleep better & save your eyes using Windows night light
A computer screen emits blue light by default which is why to a large degree we remain wide awake at night while sitting in front of it. This is not only bad for your eyes but also bad for your health. We all need our sleep. Thoughtfully, Microsoft has addressed this issue with a new night light setting in Settings, which can be turned on or off. To enable Night Light, go to Windows Settings -> System -> Display, and turn on the toggle next to Night Light.
Better still, the light can also be configured to turn on at dusk and off at dawn, and you can use a slider to vary the strength of the light. After turning the light on, select night light settings and set the light to your particular preferences.
And that's it!
So save your eyes and get a better nights sleep using Windows night light.
