A trip to the seaside: My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2026
Goring-by-sea is a nice coastal town in the southeast of England. A popular place in summer months, as is much of the region.
As we arrived here the sea was almost at low tide, exposing the rocky seabed. A great place to search for critters like small crabs.
Worthing pier can be seen a few miles down the coast. The view is amazing from the beach at low tide in both directions.
Another thing that is worth mentioning. Often along these coastal areas light aircraft can be seen performing air manoeuvres like barrel rolls and loop-the-loops.
Indeed, if you are closer to Portsmouth, which is way down to the west of here, you might be lucky to see the odd spitfire or hurricane as was the case for me once in the past. A great memory!
