Recovery Milestone!
Hello Hive Community!
Today is a very special day, and one that I wanted to share with you all.
Today I am celebrating nine years in recovery!
It has been one hell of a journey. A lot of ups and downs. But even through that, I am still glad to be on this journey.
Generally, this is a milestone that I tend not to share a lot. But this time, something just told me that I should share it. After all, I can only keep what I have by giving it away.
Recovery is a reality! It is something that can give a person an amazing life.
It takes hard work. But, I can promise you, the work is well worth it once you start to experience the rewards.
(Don't worry, I put the starfish gently back where they belong).
