Effective leadership
*Leadership is never a position. It is simply influence, impact, service and responsibility. Positional offices and titles is just for a description of the responsibility.
*Leadership is knowing the way and leading the way.
*Leadership is sacrifice. You no longer think about about yourself alone but also of the people yo are leading. It means time sacrifice, monetary sacrifice and positional sacrifice.
*Leadership has its focus on the people, their nourishment and upliftment and enlightenment.
*The leader must equip himself/herself for the assignment. He/she must go extra miles because he is moving before the people and asking them to follow this path
*A leader must be bold and very courageous. In Leadership there must be challenges, obstacles and pressures but boldness and courage puts one in charge.
*A leader must have a vision.
*A leader must be a team player and a good listener.
