Mam Da Chung dark meat
Combined with fish sauce, fish snake, bacon ... dishes are specialties of the Mekong Delta.

Material:

  • 100g fish spirit; 100g fish sauce, 200g meat mince. 1 duck egg, 1 chicken egg.

  • 1 onion; 5 purple onions, 5 fresh chili. Sugar, MSG, pepper powder.

Processing:

  • Clean the meat, minced. Fish sauce, fish puree. Onion, purple onion, chilli paste. Put all ingredients in the large bowl and mix well with sugar, monosodium glutamate and pepper powder.
