Flowers Galore
Been away from house for about a month and when I got back Spring was showing its face.
I love these white bell shaped flowers They are from a Texas twisted leaf yucca. They grow all around the house but the deer love to eat the flower stems because they are so tender and tasty that the only place it blooms is in the backyard within the fenced in area
Just next to those are a solid patch of wild flowers. If I would have been home I would have mowed that area. Nature has a way of surprising you with its beauty.
Just on the other side of the fence some bushes have produced red berries I sit on the back porch and watch the birds pick them off while trying to dodge the other birds doing the same thing The berries are just getting ripe so I bet the birds will have it stripped within the next few days.
