The Men Curse
When men go into solitude, into the wilderness of discovery, for what purpose they have been made, loneliness engulfed in the process may cause a subtle distaste for the society after they conquer.
It’s a hurtful and strange process for every man who desires success.
He remembers the distrust, the low self esteem, days he sold himself short for survival and still has to beg for attention. The hardest to swallow is unpatriotism from family and those they call friends.
But the irony of it all is that not showing the world who they are, because of how they feel, doesn’t make the journey a complete success.
There is a conqueror heroism, when man, who is fully developed, acknowledges the pain and still shines his light.
For there and then, is the story of greatness completed.
Not every man understands this path, because the pain, however needed to aim for success, never really goes away.
There is a sense of betrayal that lurks around, when success has been achieved.
This is why some successful men don't bring family and childhood friends close, when they become big.
Larger society, not understanding the bigger picture may blame it on morality.
Drawing a verse from the Bible by King David:
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.”
If after all the overlooked by the society, by the group of people you trusted to be your support system, you still found a way to become successful, it’s time to extend grace.
God in his own mercy, has prepared a table before your enemies, before your betrayal. A table herein is a platform of success.
He anointed you with the oil of success.
It won’t befit a king to also start to pack his overflowing cup of success. It depicts the kind of mindset the king has and it shows he doesn’t have abundance.
Extend grace to people that underrate you when you are struggling. It’s from pain but there is comfort in doing so.
Yes they did you wrong, yes they caused you pain, but have you ever stopped to think about it.
If they didn’t do so, you might not have come out of your comfort zone to hustle??
