昨天，参加了同事徐文君父亲的葬礼，他父亲是突发心梗死亡的。从发病到去世不到20分钟。
人的一生，要珍惜每分每秒，要让生活过的精彩。
- 过自律的生活，保持作息规律，保重身体。
- 过平衡的生活，要让工作和生活保持平衡，哪方面投入太多的精力都会有问题的。
- 做记录，人生的点滴记录下来，随时内观自己的行为！
