The main purpose of the song is to show that God can supply our needs according to our riches in glory through Christ Jesus. It is a song that solidifies our trust in God as our ultimate provider. If you have Him, you will lack nothing.

Our needs are as diverse as our faces. I may not know exactly what you need, and you may not know mine either. That we need help means that our capacity as humans is limited, and therefore, seeking divine intervention is paramount. No matter how capable you are, there are things you may not be able to afford as individuals. So, where the limits of our capacity reach is where divine intervention begins.

El propósito principal de esta canción es mostrar que Dios puede suplir nuestras necesidades conforme a nuestras riquezas en gloria, por medio de Cristo Jesús. Es una canción que consolida nuestra confianza en Dios como nuestro proveedor supremo. Si lo tienes a Él, nada te faltará.

Nuestras necesidades son tan diversas como nuestros rostros. Puede que yo no sepa exactamente qué necesitas, y puede que tú tampoco sepas las mías. Que necesitemos ayuda significa que nuestra capacidad como seres humanos es limitada y, por lo tanto, buscar la intervención divina es primordial. No importa cuán capaces sean, hay cosas que tal vez no puedan permitirse individualmente. Por lo tanto, donde llegan los límites de nuestra capacidad es donde comienza la intervención divina.
