Melting and extrusion: The washed plastic is melted in an oven and turned into a viscous liquid. It is then extruded through a nozzle to form plastic threads or sheets.
Granulation: The plastic threads or sheets are cut into small granules, also known as pellets. These pellets are easier to handle and are used as raw material in the manufacture of new plastic products.
Manufacture of new products: Finally, recycled plastic granules are used to manufacture a wide variety of products, such as packaging, bottles, pipes, toys, furniture and many more.
