Hola Amigos de HIVE, feliz jueves para todos.

Hello Friends of HIVE, happy Thursday to all of you.

Hoy les quiero comentar que mi hobby preferido para hacer ejercicio es correr y trotar.

Today I want to tell you that my favorite exercise hobby is running and jogging.

Es una de esas actividades en quรฉ lo mรกs importante que debes tener es concentraciรณn pura en su mรกxima expresiรณn y enfoque en la meta.

It is one of those activities in which the most important thing you must have is pure concentration in its maximum expression and focus on the goal.

Le he tomado cariรฑo y amor a esta actividad porquรฉ al prรกcticarla en solitario, la รบnica persona con la que debo competir es conmigo mismo y con la ganas de continuar o frenar dรญa a dรญa.

I have grown to love this activity because when I practice it alone, the only person I have to compete with is myself and the desire to continue or slow down day by day.

Resulta quรฉ esa batalla mental y fรญsica de seguรญr corriendo mientras el cerebro te bombardeo con informaciรณn para detenerte es una lucha interna quรฉ encuentro bastante motivadora que he puesto en prรกctica recientemente en otros รกmbitos de mi vida cotidiana.

It turns out that the mental and physical battle to keep running while the brain bombards you with information to stop you is an internal struggle that I find quite motivating and that I have recently put into practice in other areas of my daily life.

Me he puesto metas cortas desde que iniciรฉ con esta prรกctica y las he cumplido todas, actualmente mi meta es correr 6 kilรณmetros seguidos y estoy en vรญa para irlo consiguiendo de acuerdo a mis ritmos cardรญacos y respiratorios que son รณptimos.

I have set short goals since I started with this practice and I have achieved them all, currently my goal is to run 6 kilometers in a row and I am on track to achieve it according to my heart and breathing rhythms that are optimal.

Habiรฉndo comentado todo esto solo me queda invitarles a hacer cualquier actividad fรญsica que los ayude mentalmente para rendir aรบn mรกs en sus vidas diarias.

Having said all this I can only invite you to do any physical activity that will help you mentally to perform even better in your daily lives.
