En un mundo de caos y pasos ajetreados, alarmas y pendientes, no existe algo más refrescante que la calma, andar despacio, disfrutar cada minuto sin mirar el tiempo o estar corriendo porque vas tarde a un trabajo o cita. Mis últimos días han sido de muchísima reflexión, esta es mi temporada de renacimiento y conciencia.

Muchas veces pregunto ¿qué estoy haciendo por mi, para ser feliz, para hacer lo que me gusta y para estar en paz conmigo misma y mi esencia? Es una pregunta un poco retórica, intentamos romantizar cada cosa que hacemos para gustar y agradar, para soportar trabajos, amigos o actividades. Por eso he estado desconectada de muchas cosas superficiales y más atenta a mis señales esas que muy poco conocemos porque ignoramos.

In a world of chaos and hectic pace, alarms and deadlines, there is nothing more refreshing than calmness, walking slowly, enjoying every minute without watching the clock or rushing because you are late for work or an appointment. My last few days have been filled with a lot of reflection; this is my season of rebirth and awareness.

I often ask myself, what am I doing for myself, to be happy, to do what I love, and to be at peace with myself and my essence? It's a somewhat rhetorical question. We try to romanticize everything we do to be liked and to please others, to endure jobs, friends, or activities. That's why I've been disconnecting from many superficial things and paying more attention to my signals, those that we know very little about because we ignore them.
