Volver a empezar es una de las mayores resistencias que tenemos cuando ocurre un "fracaso" sobre todo porque pensamos que tenemos que hacerlo desde cero, cuando en realidad tenenemos una experiencia que nos ha fortalecido en muchos aspectos y como dices no es para celebrar pero si valoramos bien la experiencia sabremos lo que hemos ganado y avanzado en nuestro proceso de aprendizaje.
Starting over is one of the biggest hurdles we face when we experience a “failure,” especially because we think we have to start from scratch, when in reality we have gained experience that has made us stronger in many ways. And as you say, it’s not something to celebrate, but if we reflect on the experience, we’ll realize what we’ve gained and how far we’ve come in our learning process.
