En busca de las flores perfectas / in search of the perfect flowers

Hola amigos feliz día a todos espero que estén super bien, hace unos días mi novio me dió la tarea de ir por unas flores como les he comentado mi suegra falleció hace 3 meses y hace dos semanas hubiera Sido su cumpleaños de vida así que nosotros íbamos a ir a llevarle flores los dos trabajamos así que se nos hacía un poquito difícil el tema de ir a comprar Pero yo le dije que cuando yo saliera iba a comprarlas con mucho gusto.

Hello friends, happy day to all, I hope you are all doing great. A few days ago my boyfriend asked me to go get some flowers. As I mentioned, my mother-in-law passed away 3 months ago and two weeks ago would have been her birthday, so we were going to take her flowers. We both work, so going to buy them was a little difficult. But I told him that when I got off work I would gladly go and buy them.

Al salir fue a un pequeño puesto donde el señor tenía algunas la verdad no me pregunten mucho por los nombres ya que no se casi de flores 😅 Pero me di a la tarea de enviarle flores y en ese puesto no tenían ningúna que nos llamara la atención se que habían unas blancas pequeñas que se llaman margaritas que me gustaron Pero mi suegra en vida era una mujer muy alegre y colorida así que supe de inmediato que no eran las indicadas .

On my way out, I went to a small stall where the man had some flowers. To be honest, don't ask me too much about the names since I don't know much about flowers 😅 But I decided to send her flowers, and at that stall they didn't have any that caught our attention. I know there were some small white ones called daisies that I liked, but my mother-in-law was a very cheerful and colorful woman, so I knew immediately that they weren't the right ones.

Me fui ahora sí a una floristería y si tenían muchísima variedad tanto de flores como de costos , yo sé una vez pensé en llevar rosas o girasoles en el otro puesto habían pero cada girasol costaba 5$ y me pareció un poco caras y allá las rosas no me gustaron como estaban , aquí habían muchísimas y cuando pregunté me dijeron que cada rosa salía 2$ y los girasoles igual quedé súper sorprendida con la diferencia de precios .

I went to a flower shop and they had a huge variety of flowers and prices. I once thought about getting roses or sunflowers; they had them at the other stall, but each sunflower cost $5 and I thought that was a bit expensive. I didn't like how the roses looked there, but here there were so many, and when I asked, they told me each rose was $2 and the sunflowers were the same. I was super surprised by the price difference.

Después de mucho buscar me decidí por los girasoles siento que estaban súper hermosos y escogí un poco de follaje y unas florecitas blancas muy delicadas que le hacían el contraste perfecto , el señor muy amablemente me hizo un pequeño ramo con todas y solo pague el costo de 6$ por todo lo que compre , recordemos que en el otro local un solo girasol me iba a salir en 5$ así que me fui muy feliz y mi novio quedó muy contento.

After searching for a long time, I decided on sunflowers. I felt they were absolutely beautiful, and I chose some foliage and some very delicate little white flowers that made the perfect contrast. The gentleman very kindly made me a small bouquet with them all, and I only paid $6 for everything I bought. Remember that at the other store, a single sunflower was going to cost me $5, so I left very happy, and my boyfriend was very pleased.
