The Arctic tern (Sterna paradisaea) [eng / pl]

Hello everyone!
In today's post, I'd like to show you the Arctic Tern (Sterna paradisaea). It is a medium-sized migratory bird in the gull family (Laridae).
It is the bird with the longest migrations, which can cover up to 30,000 km in one direction.

W dzisiejszym poście chciałbym Wam pokazać rybitwę popielatą (Sterna paradisaea). Jest to średniej wielkości ptak wędrowny z rodziny mewowatych (Laridae).
Jest to ptak odbywający najdłuższe wędrówki, które w jędną strone mogą pokonywać nawet 30 000 km.

Most often I photograph them on the shore of the fjord, where I sit on a rock and wait for them to start hunting for the shoals of small fish in the sea. Since the shoals circle the coast, the terns fly over them and attack from the air. It is a very spectacular show that brings me great joy every time.

Najczęściej fotografuję je nad brzegiem fiordu gdzie siadam na kamieniu i czekam , aż zaczną polować na ławice małych ryb w morzu. Ponieważ ławice krążą wzdłuż wybrzeża tak też rybitwy latają nad nimi i atakują z powietrza. Jest to bardzo spektakularne widowisko, które za każdym razem przynosi mi ogromną radość.
