«…What's wrong with you? Why are you sad? Don't worry, be happy! The only positive is here….»We hide behind positivity so people don't see us from the wrong side. But you know what, it's okay to be not okay. We are not perfect: we are angry and hate, greedy and envious, and stubborn and cruel. We all feel sad. All our emotions are real, and they all have great value. We shouldn't feel guilty when we feel sad, lonely, hurt, or angry. Let's be honest and give ourselves the right to emotion.
