Mexican Tacos
For this post I wanted to show the simple nature of the mexican taco found on the streets of Mexico anywhere you go, but for these tacos I was in Central Mexico and the way they are prepared there is different for the different states of Mexico.
For example, in Oaxaca, the tacos we had were left without onions and cilantro and when asked about it, the Senora said, "in Oaxaca we don't put that on our tacos."
In Central Mexico, cilantro and onions were always there.
Regardless, tacos are great everywhere, I highly recommend Cumpachenos, Carnitas, Asada, or Pechuga.
On the side you will always have limes, choice of salsas, salt and pickled red onions.
