How to Easily Make Home Made Jam from Dragon Fruit Peels

alt

Hi vegan lovers, it's so nice to be able to feature something yummy and delicious here and share it with all of you. This time I will invite you to process one of the things that you usually throw away at home into something valuable, namely jam made from dragon fruit skin. Now instead of you being curious here below is an easy way to prepare step by step.

Dragon fruit peel jam is an experiment that I saw from one of the creators on social media some time ago. At first, I was curious about the results of the dragon fruit peel he made because he said it was very delicious.

Brompnot - Why I Love Folding Bikes

alt

I'm relatively new to cycling. I bought a folding bike from Tern, called the Tern Link D8, back in July 2023. So, it's been almost a year now.

If you're familiar with the Tern brand, they divide their bicycle series into several categories. I know that the Link series is the affordable and low-spec one compared to their Verge series. To date, I think the Tern Verge X11 is still the most expensive one.

stay here in the woods

alt

Out here the only sound is the wind in the treetops, an endless ujjayi breath through the forest. Clouds roll in, roll out. The Salmon River Trail leads us upward, away from the river and the campers, deeper into the meditation of the woods.

There is a safety in the vulnerability of going into the wilderness. An invitation to let go of the franticity and urgency of modern living and let the truth reveal itself. Let old wounds surface in the stillness of the slow pace so they can begin to heal.

St Anthony's Church in Belfast || Photo feed

Despite living in Northern Ireland for over 5 years (6 in September) and 4 in Belfast - I still come across places here I didn't know existed.

When my Mum visited me in April, she stayed for a few days, including Sunday. So I thought she would feel more at home if I could find a mass service that is carried out in polish language.

To my surprise - the task turned out to be extremely easy. The church where Polish Mass is celebrated every Sunday is not only in Belfast, but just a five minutes drive from our house. It is St. Anthony's Church.

Fun In The Sun At Cave Run

alt

Don't let the title fool you, the real fun was in the shade but that didn't rhyme. Moseyed our way down to Cave Run Lake in eastern Kentucky this past weekend for a little R&R. The world may be going to hell in a flaming handbasket but you still got to have a little fun. Just try to keep away from the bears.

Cave Run is in the Daniel Boone National Forest just a bit north and east of Red River Gorge. We camped by the shore in the Zilpo area, which involved taking the scenic route to get there. It was actually the only way to get there other than by boat, but the road in is a National Forest Scenic Byway according to the Wiki Gods.
