Greetings Fabulous Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia and surrounding communities!

Summertime is upon us and we have a lovely sunny weekend happening and since I said "weekend" that also means we have had Caturday, my favorite day of the week!

We're running a little bit late this weekend because the Hoomans were at an "event" yesterday, and there wasn't enough time to finish our post last night. But better late than not at all!

Time seems to fly whether you're having fun or not, and somehow we're getting to the end of the first half of the year as well as the end of the month of June! Where did all that time go?

The Hoomans are very busy with their "gardening projects" since it is nice outside, so we cats are mostly watching their progress through the windows... which of course are open now because it's nice and warm.

Few things a cat enjoys more than being stretched out in a sunny spot in front of an open door a with a screen and a slight breeze going across my belly.

Although "outside" can be nice, it's a pretty good life to be a house cat... not long ago, we had a couple of raccoons strolling through the back yard, and the other day we even had one of our local coyotes standing out there, in broad daylight.

Hunting can definitely be fun, but getting your meals served up in a dish at regular intervals is not a bad lifestyle!

The Mom-Hooman is also working on getting her online "Poshmark Store" reorganized this weekend, so I am naturally helping her by camping out in the middle of her photography space... and making sure all future buyers get at least one cat hair with their purchases!

One of the nice things about our Hoomans is that they both work entirely from home, so we are virtually never without someone to pay attention to us!

Meanwhile, we're within a whisker of the Hive account@curatorcat account's HivePower balance ticking over to 7,000HP... so our goal of reaching 7,500HP by the end of 2026 looks like it might actually come to pass!

Although we're definitely not obsessive about ruling the world, it's still nice to see some of these small milestones getting reached!

Looking forward to the second half of 2026, we just hope to keep the kitty content flowing, and hopefully our Hive community will keep going... even with the somewhat scary crypto markets and the sketchy economy.

Well, it's time to end this update... I think the Dad-Hooman is going to watch "football" again, which means I will have a captive lap, for a while!
