@cubillos.s-w, el día de hoy les comparto un video recopilatorio de freestyle en el cual ejecuto diferentes movimientos como son el Swing 900, Rey 360 y demás movimientos dinámicos en el mismo combo.
En este video se puede ver como se ejecutan los movimientos dinámicos en el parque y ciudad, entrenamos al aire libre donde todas las personas pueden ver y preguntar si les interesa aprender sobre el Street Workout.
