Dhaka, May 13 (Just News): 16 Platoon BGBs have been deployed as striking force in Khulna city corporation elections. There are 640 BGB members in 16 platoon.
BGB has started patrolling in different areas since Sunday noon. BGB Khulna headquarters confirmed the information.
Of the 16 platoon BGB deployed, 4 platoon areas in Khulna Sadar thana, 3 platoon in Sonaranga police station, 1 platoon in the salt-chara thana area, 4 platoon in Khalishpur thana, 2 platoon in Daulatpur thana, 1 platoon in the area of Aranghata and 1 platoon in Khanjahan Ali thanas. Is.
Note that the Khulna City Corporation elections will be held on May 15. Accordingly, the campaign ends on Sunday midnight. Delivery of ballot box and ballot box will start from Monday afternoon.
