Saving Money

So Ive been keeping an eye on my spending a bit more to see where my money has been going and I will be honest and say its a mixture of fast food and spending too much on gaming transactions thats been kicking my butt. I also developed a bit of a gambling problem over the summer thats taking up more money than I wish it does. Started as a once in a while thing, now its a bit of a problem.

So! Instead of wallowing I am working on fixing some things

on meds that help with my appetite + cravings, so im thinking of buying a small store bought pizza once a month instead of buying fast food.

taking a break from mobile gaming so I can play my backlog instead of buying more gamesAnd the most important, really:

contacted a helpline and will be talking to a counselor next Wednesday about what's going on

got put on a debt counselling program

So yeah im trying and if all goes well then by jan I can start saving money
Definitely self aware its been a primarily me problem, so I just gotta get better
