Yesterday, this reward card fell out of a new set of reward cards:

Pelacor Deceiver
The card is sold very cheap on the market. Apparently, the card has not yet earned the trust of the players. Or, most likely, the players simply do not understand yet where to apply it. There are more worthy cards in the position for which this card is intended. But the card has the ability "Flying". Perhaps in the future this will help the card to increase in price, not counting the increase in the DEC rate, which will definitely happen.
