What functions/usability is the STEEM community lacking?

Hello all,
@cryptoreaper here. Started with the steem community a few weeks ago & am looking to potentially do some coding. Since I am newer to the platform & haven’t discovered all of the different sites & function yet, I think you guys would have a better idea than me what would be useful. My primary experience with steem has been through Splinterlands, so if possible I would like to do something revolving around that.

Let me know what you guys think would be worthwhile projects to work on, and I will definitely do my research and look into it.
