Priceless, Practical ICO Investing Advice

I came across an interesting paper about a month ago titled “Digital Tulips? Returns to Investors in Initial Coin Offerings”. It was done by two researchers at the Boston College Carroll School of Management, Hugo Benedetti and Leonard Kostovetsky. They wanted to find out if it is worthwhile for investors to put their money into ICOs, focusing on reducing the perceived need for governmental regulation due to frauds and scams that hurt the unsophisticated investor.
