No visual effect used to create mindboggling one shot video for Bonobo

Bonobo released an incredible video "No Reason" and at first glance looks like it uses special effect and CG however the Director, Oscar Hudson explains:

"Doing this film with CGI would have been a thousand times easier," "but for me, its physicality and imperfections are what makes it different, and I hope better."

The film portrays the concept of "Hikikomori", an idea in which a young person is overwhelmed by the outside world and the video elaborates that concept by showcasing a "physical version of a young mans psychological state"
